Cool Portal Development at University of Nottingham
I have worked at the University of Nottingham since 4th January 2005. My role is Portal Services Developer, and I was initially employed for the Prospective Student side of the portal.
Nottingham have a SCT Luminis III.3 Portal which is based on uPortalframework 2.1.5. My role involves developing custom channels todeliver portal content.
I have enjoyed working on the portal team here, and have learnt a lot about portal technology. And the great thing is I've been able to go to Austin Texas USA for a conference, and tagged on a week holidy at the end to see good old New York City :-)
